What to expect

Our initial conversation is to determine the type of services you require. You may be interested in a basic colour consultation, or advice on furniture placement, to make the most of the space you have already, or you may be ready to create the space you’ve always wanted.

A consultation is a time to get to know what works for you, and what doesn’t, in a space. This is the time we discuss and determine the styles and colours you prefer and what you’d like to avoid.

Following our consultation, you’ll be provided a quote based on the services and specific requirements we’ve discussed. Your brief will then be developed for presentation as well as any subsequent steps accordingly. If you have opted for a consultation only, feedback and recommendations will be provided within a few days following.

Consultation is generally 1hour, depending on the scope of work discussed in our initial conversation, and is charged at $250. This is payable prior to the consultation. If the scope of work requires a longer consultation, the fee will be determined prior to booking. A travel fee may be charged, with the consultation fee, if you are located more than 30 minutes from Launceston.

Knowing your budget is vital. This is a guideline for the scope of work achievable for your project. This doesn't mean it has to be tens of thousands. There are many ways Sandra can assist, to suit the budget you have. Sometimes, a consultation is enough to give you the advice and direction needed for you to complete the project yourself. Whereas, a stunning and functional space, designed specifically for you, will require a higher outlay. If you are unsure as to how much you should budget, a simple Chat GPT search can outline Budget, Mid-Range and High-End Redesign expectations per room.
