THE STUDIO

Concepts Design is a Launceston, Tasmania-based design studio for residential and commercial interior and exterior design, specialising in renovation projects.

We understand the role that good design plays in enhancing lifestyle, wellbeing and sense of self, and will work with clients on projects as simple as refreshing an existing space through to the renovation of an entire property.

Concepts Design is focused on delivering impactful, enduring designs tailored to our clients’ specific wants and needs, as well as reflecting the era and architecture of their homes.

Great design never goes out of fashion. While trends and fads have their place, our projects favour designs that harmonise the concepts of form and function to deliver timeless conceptualisations that reflect who our clients are.

THE DESIGNER 

Sandra Sakoua

With over 15 years in the design field, Sandra is focused on utilising her experience to uniquely bring to life your vision and to guide you to a successful outcome that will provide comfort and joy for years to come.

Having studied a Diploma of Commercial Arts Interior Design, through CATC Design School, Sandra has a passion for revitalising people’s living and working spaces, from simple budget-conscious projects through to bespoke rooms, designed specifically for you.

"Design is such an individual pursuit and I don't let my own personal taste dictate the style of a project. That style has to be indicative of the client, the house and the environment it's located. Having such a broad interest and passion for design, I love having the ability to design a heritage space one day and then create a mid-century, contemporary or Art Deco space the next. That's what makes design amazing for me."
